We have these Hauser machines in stock, ready for modernization with customization options according to customer requirements, currently planned with the following features.
Modernizations
- Mechanically completely reconditioned, repainted
- FANUC CNC 0i-F Plus with Windows operating system, 15" touch screen and Dual Check Safety
- Handheld control unit for 6 axes
- Application software for coordinate grinding (bores, pins, and contour grinding)
- CNC controlled axes (X, Y, U, C, Z and W)
- Heidenhain linear measuring system on X & Y axes
- Grinding head temperature stabilization integrated into the control system
- Electrical cabinet and pneumatic system completely replaced
- Hydraulic system overhauled and all hoses replaced
Installed expansion stages
Customization options according to customer requirements, such as:
- CNC-controlled W-axis for tool length compensation
- Acoustic emission system with acoustics for tool calibration and prevention of air grinding
- HICUT: Repainted work area protection, new safety screens and seals
- Machine labeling, extra bright machine lights
