What is J-GRINDER?
J-GRINDER is a specialized CAM system developed exclusively for coordinate grinding. It provides a continuous 3D environment in which workpieces, contours and tool paths can be visualized and processed — precisely, intuitively and efficiently.
Technology upgrade: New performance for proven machines. We create the ideal hardware basis for J-GRINDER by modernizing proven coordinate grinding machines — based on robust HAUSER models. Our ESOMA modernization solution integrates the latest FANUC CNC control and includes a comprehensive mechanical overhaul to guarantee maximum geometric accuracy and future security. J-GRINDER is fully integrated into our coordinate grinding software on the machine control system, which eliminates the need to go through external CAM departments and allows you to use all functions directly on the control panel with an extra large screen.
