Concept

The Mini Genie EGP-2520CNC is a highly efficient cylindrical grinding machine with a particularly compact design. It requires less than 3 m² of floor space and is equipped with a 510 mm diameter grinding wheel, making it ideal for processing small workpieces. The distance between centers is 200 mm, with a center height of 130 mm. The maximum workpiece weight is 20 kg.

The Mini Genie, in combination with a robot system, is particularly suitable for processing small batches with a high variety of variants. This significantly increases grinding efficiency while ensuring better concentricity and higher accuracy of the machined parts.

The EGM CNC universal internal grinding machine is equipped with X, Y, and Z axis slides and two grinding spindles. It was specifically developed to meet the growing demand for ultra-precise components. The base structure with a low center of gravity and the control panel are ergonomically designed.

Combinations of various grinding operations such as internal, external, face, groove, radius, internal and external step, and taper grinding can be performed in a single clamping.
